We are installing a swimming pool but need the drains located before we dig, can you let us know where they are?
With our high tech CCTV equipment, we are able to locate your underground drainage. We can mark this out for you in paint and advise in which direction they travel and how deep in the ground they are.
There is a nasty smell outside coming from the drain, can you help?
We would be more than happy to send an operator to investigate bad odours in your drains. It is highly likely they will need a good hydroblast to have them cleaned out of any built up waste and debris.
Our water tank is not filling, we think it’s something to do with the downpipes, can you take a look?
We would be more than happy to send an operator to investigate this problem. Our qualified staff will find the problem and advise where to go from there to have the issue resolved.
The drain outside kitchen is overflowing, can you help?
We have a team of residential house trucks that are able to unblock your drains. Sinks, toilets, showers – not a problem we are here to help. Be sure to advise us of any special access requirements, and we will send the appropriate vehicle if needed. When the job is completed we will clean up and disinfect the area.
I’ve been told my drains are broken or cracked, can you fix them?
Here at FreeFlow Drain Specialist Ltd, we have a highly experienced, qualified team that would be happy to scope out what drainage would require repairing onsite. We recommend a CCTV to check the line, we would with this information send out a professional and competitive quote from our office later that day.
The council are requesting an “asbuilt”, can you do these?
With our high tech CCTV equipment, we are able to locate your underground drainage and the council underground drainage. We can mark this out for you on a plan, and record this onto a DVD or USB stick for your records and to present to the council. Call us to discuss charges and availability.
I am about to buy a house; would you be able to check the drains before I go ahead with the purchase?
We strongly advise to arrange a pre purchase inspection with us. We come across a lot of properties where the resident had brought and moved into their new home, to find only a month down the track that they are experiencing problems with their drains. Call us to book in a time to bring our high tech CCTV equipment to site and inspect these drains. This will pick up any current problems, or anything that looks a little suspicious and could turn into a problem shortly down the track. If we find anything that doesn’t look good, we will give you an indication of what to expect if this is not fixed. DON’T buy a lemon!!
Our toilet is draining away slowly, can you see why?
With our high tech CCTV equipment, we are able to check what may be the cause of your toilet to be slow draining. From there, we will advise you of your options to having this problem solved.

Water flows heavily over our driveway in the rain, can you come and have a look?
We would be more than happy to send an operator to investigate your struggling storm water drains. In a lot of cases the drains may need a good hydroblast to clear them from a build-up of debris. Once this is completed you should notice an improved water flow. However, in some cases we may feel there could possibly be further problems, we would recommend a CCTV inspection to find and locate any problems we suspected, and from here we can advise what it would take to have this repaired.
The cess pitt drains on the driveway are full of water and leaves, can you empty it or suck it out?
